location. morrisons super market rear carpark ajacent to the skate park, seaburn sunderland. Right on the coast where airshow is held.
Wind directions you can fly on. (for newbees this is the direcytion the wind is coming from not the direction it is blowing to
Westerly and a degree of north westerly, if its got a south in it you might as well not bother unless its a ssw and you may just get away with it
for those without compasses, if the wind is coming from the field at the back towards the skate parkthen its pure westerly.
North westerly is coming from the fileds to the left (whilst facing beach) blowing towards the petrol station, south westerly is coming from the houses to the right and blowing to the left of the supermarket.
The site is a great field to fly on and is plenty big enough for several borders, buggies and static flyers alike. Its a superb area for tricks, jumps or just simple cruising.
Tricks to try.
 top of the field nice little jump down the bank to the left, bottom of the field nice bank to launch up and down, watch for trees !, the fence if you can make it, for a nice little hop on rail slide transition. Cricket pitch in the centre a great place to hook up some speed for a big launch.
Overall rating. Very good on a westerly, limited on other wind directions,
cautions. Dog walkers, dog crap around edges, poss broken glass near bottom where skate park is, occasional horse hoove prints for a bit of ankle breakage. South westerly winds, very lumpy and can be dangerous if above 20mph.
