Seal sands/ chem works, drive south of seaton carew about 1 mile & turn left down zink Rd.
next weekend is the marathon & could be at Seals it all depends on direction, I am sure there is room to tag along.....if you sponsor some one.

great for land and water works good on most directions on the land quite a good spot for sw

works well on se for the water can get away with south at a push

quite flat water most of the time unless its a big swell
